I think it does have a .zip zipper, but it can't zip or unzip .rar files. Maybe that's what you meant. I don't even know what makes .rar special.

Possibly. If you don't do much about it, you won't get it back. Basically, as long as you didn't upload some crazy-bad stuff, you just have to annoy YT's customer service.
